Transparency Policy

Last Updated: June 28, 2026

Braktr Vurdx is committed to operating openly and honestly in all aspects of its service. This Transparency Policy explains how we communicate with users, how decisions are made, and what standards guide our conduct as a platform providing long-term online mentorship in database design and architecture.

1. Purpose and Scope

This policy applies to all users, clients, mentors, and visitors of braktrvurdx.com and any associated digital services operated by Braktr Vurdx. It describes our commitment to clarity, honest communication, and accountability in running an international online mentorship platform.

2. Service Description Accuracy

We are committed to describing our services accurately and without misleading language. All descriptions of mentorship programs, session formats, outcomes, and pricing reflect the actual nature of what is offered. We do not make guarantees of specific results, and we distinguish clearly between typical outcomes and exceptional cases.

If the scope or structure of a service changes, we update the relevant pages promptly and notify affected users in advance.

3. Pricing and Billing Transparency

All fees associated with our services are clearly stated before any commitment is made. There are no hidden charges. Any applicable taxes, platform fees, or additional costs are disclosed at the point of purchase.

We provide itemized records of transactions upon request. Refund conditions and cancellation terms are stated in our separate Refund Policy and incorporated by reference into all service agreements.

4. Data Collection and Use

We collect only the data necessary to deliver and improve our services. We do not sell personal information to third parties. We do not use personal data for purposes beyond those stated in our Privacy Policy.

Users may request a summary of the personal data we hold about them at any time by contacting us at info@braktrvurdx.com. We respond to such requests within a reasonable timeframe and without undue barriers.

5. Algorithmic and Automated Decisions

Where automated processes influence the delivery of our service, such as matching users to mentors or generating recommendations, we disclose that such automation exists. Users may request a human review of any automated decision that materially affects their access to services.

We do not use automated decision-making to determine eligibility for services based on protected characteristics.

6. Mentor and Content Standards

Mentors working through our platform are selected based on verified expertise in database design and architecture. We maintain documented criteria for mentor qualification. These criteria are available upon request.

Content provided through the platform reflects the professional judgment of individual mentors. Braktr Vurdx does not alter substantive guidance without the mentor's knowledge, and we disclose any editorial standards or review processes that apply to published content.

7. Conflicts of Interest

We disclose any material commercial relationships that may influence the recommendations, tools, or resources presented to users on our platform. Where we have affiliate arrangements or sponsorships relevant to service recommendations, these are identified clearly.

Mentors are expected to disclose to their clients any personal interest they may have in recommending specific tools, vendors, or third-party services.

8. Policy and Terms Changes

When we make material changes to any policy, terms of service, or pricing structure, we provide advance notice to registered users through email or in-platform notification. We identify what changed and when the change takes effect.

Minor corrections, formatting updates, or clarifications that do not alter the meaning or effect of a policy may be made without prior notice but will be reflected in the updated date shown at the top of each document.

9. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Users who believe we have acted inconsistently with this policy may submit a complaint to info@braktrvurdx.com. We acknowledge receipt within three business days and aim to provide a substantive response within fourteen business days.

We maintain a record of complaints and use them to improve our practices. Users are not penalized for raising complaints in good faith.

10. Platform Availability and Incidents

In the event of service disruptions, data incidents, or security events that affect users, we communicate the nature of the incident, the scope of impact, and the steps we are taking to resolve it. We do not withhold information about incidents that materially affect user data or access.
